I care about my work, committing fully to the job and striving for precision. I care about the people around me, listening, helping, and seeking to make them feel included and smile.
I am fascinated by entrepreneurship, am naturally energetic without any coffee, and love sports.
Professionally, I am experienced in user research, customer experience journey, digital product design and prototyping, workshop facilitation, and project management. I use these skills to improve collaboration within small and big organizations and guide them in creating products and services people love (and actually use).
